A paper by Safinah Group’s Keith Hutchinson and Andrew Scott of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency discussing the amendments made to the SOLAS2009 Regulations etc. in readiness for the SOLAS2020 version, which entered into force on 1st January this year, was read to the Royal Institution of Naval Architects at their ‘Damaged Ship V’ conference held in London (11th March 2020).
